My name is Lena Harrison, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trainee in Wisconsin. I have also experienced life as a single mother for over ten years and know the challenges of navigating the journey. You may have difficulty finding time for self-care while managing the responsibilities of motherhood without your partner by your side, and you long for a sense of balance. Your ability to cope may have been tested by the trials of this season, and you are seeking ways to stay grounded and manage your emotional reactions. You may be trying to navigate co-parenting with your former partner so that your children adjust well to living between two homes. You may be grieving the loss of your former partner, time spent with your children, or secondary losses that accompany the end of a relationship. Your life may not have turned out how you expected, but your story is not over. If you are seeking guidance on your healing journey, I provide counseling services tailored to support the unique needs of single mothers.
